Halloween Day is celebrated in a very separate way in most parts of the world especially by western people. This is the only holiday where we celebrate like witches and evil spirits. The people dress in the way of evils or skeletons or mummies and get together and celebrate this holiday.

This is celebrated in the night of October 31, which is close to winter season and end of autumn season. The pumpkin plays are very important role in this celebration as they cut the pumpkin in different shapes for eyes, nose and mouth just to look like a witch and hang it out of their houses as they will be empty and having a light inside the pumpkin. So this looks very scary.

Coming to the Costumes part the Halloween costumes are of many types and people dress themselves depending on their status and also the taste. Most of the times people use the costumes of skeleton and mummies as they are very popular till late 90’s but after that the people started thinking creatively and coming up with new ideas and preparing the costumes for themselves and even sometimes the horror movie characters were also inspiration for them in creating the Halloween costume.

Finally it is a happy gathering and people enjoy with their families and relatives with this holiday but are careful while doing this as this may sometimes lead to situations like kids get scared so much and getting into troubles and also there can be adults with heart problems. So, be careful with them and have a safe holiday.
